About Mirai Teach
The Mirai Teach Program, developed by the Mirai Innovation Research Institute in Osaka, Japan, is a cutting-edge educational initiative designed for 21st-century educators. Taking place in the city of innovation, the program offers a comprehensive approach to emerging technologies and advanced pedagogy through six key modules: New Emerging Technologies, Effective Teaching and Learning Approaches, Information and Data Literacy, Emerging Technological Teaching Tools, Problem Solving using Digital Technologies, and Transforming the Mindset of Future Young Professionals.
The program gives you the opportunity to experience first-hand the current and relevant emerging technologies and how they can be implemented in the education industry.
Contents
New and emergent technologies
The participant will learn about emerging technological developments, such as immersive reality, artificial intelligence (AI), to provide new types of educational content and use new teaching strategies.
Teaching and learning approaches
This module offers a comprehensive exploration of effective teaching and learning techniques in the digital age. Participants will dive into the fundamentals of teaching, focusing on knowledge, skills and attitudes crucial for modern educators.
information and data literacy
Trends such as the "datafication" of Internet services and applications are addressed. We will explore how personal information is exploited, how to articulate information needs, and how to locate and recover digital data. Additionally, search, evaluate and organize data and digital content effectively
Emerging technological teaching tools
This module offers a comprehensive exploration of the technological teaching tools that use emerging technologies to revolutionize the educational field. Aimed at teachers who want to incorporate innovative teaching methods in their classrooms, this module covers a range of technologies from augmented and virtual reality, to artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Problem solving using digital technologies
This module focuses on strengthening problem-solving skills through the use of digital technologies. From identifying and solving technical problems to assessing needs and customizing digital environments, we will practically address how to creatively use digital tools to innovate processes and products.
Transforming the mindset of future young professional
This module is crafted to inspire university students to embrace entrepreneurial thinking and challenge conventional career norms. It combines theory with practical exercises to foster innovative thinking, risk-taking, and resilience. Students learn about creative problem-solving, identifying opportunities, and the basics of entrepreneurship.

Mirai Innovation Research Institute is currently developing technologies for industries such as: Education, Healthcare, Aerospace, Logistics, Communications, Food, Construction and Entertainment.
